Your Screening Appointment
to qualify for our Plasma Donation Program
If you meet our medical research and FDA requirements, please call 425-258-3653 to schedule your 30-minute screening appointment at PlasmaLab in Everett WA to learn if you qualify for our program.
Please bring your state-issued photo ID and proof of address to your screening appointment.
If you have allergy testing results, please bring a copy for review.
Eat low-fat, iron-rich, foods and drink plenty of fluids. We will collect a small sample of blood for antibody testing and want you (and your veins) to have the best experience possible.

What happens next?
Donation
Donors who qualify for our program will be contacted to schedule their first plasma donation appointment at our office in Everett WA. The number of plasma donation appointments is determined by our affiliate research groups.
Eat healthy, low-fat, iron-rich foods for three days before your plasma donation appointment. On the day of your appointment, eat protein-rich meals, drink plenty of fluids, and avoid caffeine for 2 hours before your appointment. Bring your state-issued photo ID and proof of address.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy some fine dining à la Gatorade, chips, and Rice Krispies Treats! Read, listen to music, or watch your favorite shows on your phone (we have WI FI) as you enjoy your stay at PlasmaLab.

PlasmaLab is located 1 block east of Providence Regional Medical Center’s Pavilion for Women and Children. 90-minute parking is available directly in front of our building. Handicap access is available. We are near Everett Transit Bus Stops.
