Shipping / Delivery
Our human biological products require special handling and the utmost precaution is taken so the order arrives at its destination in excellent condition. Most orders are shipped on dry ice or refrigerated and are packaged in accordance with DOT regulations. Please advise us in advance if you have additional packaging or document requirements.
Shipments are F.O.B. Everett, Washington, USA unless quoted otherwise, and are insured at the purchaser’s expense. The freight carrier is typically Federal Express or as indicated by the customer. Every effort is made to ship by the best method to minimize transportation time and costs as well as ensure product stability and safety.
Upon receiving the product, immediately inspect it for damage. Notify the courier if damage is present and save all damaged packaging and product. File a claim directly with the courier; who is responsible for goods damaged in transit. Please notify PlasmaLab International in writing within 24 hours in the event goods are received damaged. Customers are encouraged to carry insurance on all shipments.
