How to Schedule your Screening Appointment
PlasmaLab is recruiting individuals with severe allergies, certain autoimmune diseases, and certain immune conditions to participate in medical antibody research. All potential donors are screened for the program through FDA eligibility, medical history, and blood antibody testing.
For individuals with allergies: Please fill out our online application and we’ll email you further details about our program, typically within 2 business days. Please check your inbox and your spam folder for this email from @plasmalab.com. You may also skip the application form and schedule your 30-minute screening at our medical office in Everett WA by calling 425-258-3653. Screening appointments are available Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 3:30 pm, and Friday, 8 am to 11 am. Our office is closed on certain holidays and occasionally on snow days.
For individuals with alpha-gal syndrome, autoimmune disease, severe eczema, or rare red blood cell antibodies: Please fill out our online application and we’ll email you further details about our program, typically within 2 business days. Please check your inbox and your spam folder for this email from @plasmalab.com. You may also skip the application and call us at 425-258-3653 to learn what medical testing results need to be submitted to our medical director for review. Once we have received your medical testing results, our medical director will determine if your antibody levels specific to your condition are high enough to qualify you to be further screened for the research program.
For individuals with viral or bacterial conditions: Please call us at 425-258-3653 or contact us online as soon as possible after your diagnosis. If you meet the research criteria, your plasma needs to be drawn while you are experiencing symptoms. Medical diagnosis of your condition is necessary.
