30-minute Screening Appointment
Thank you for scheduling your screening appointment for PlasmaLab's Antibody Plasma Donation Program
- Drink plenty of healthy fluids for a few hours before your appointment
- Avoid alcohol the day before and the day of your appointment
- Do NOT drink caffeine or energy drinks for at least 2 hours before your appointment
- Eat lean, iron-rich and protein-rich foods for 3 days before your appointment; avoid fatty foods
- Bring your state-issued photo ID and proof of address
- Allergy Antibody Candidates: Bring a copy of your allergy test results, if available
- Your 30-minute screening appointment will take place at PlasmaLab, 3128 Norton Avenue in Everett WA
- Parking is located in front of our building on Norton Avenue (one-way street)
Plasma Donation
For donors who have been accepted into one of PlasmaLab's Plasma Donation Programs
- Drink plenty of healthy fluids for a few hours before your appointment
- Avoid alcohol the day before and the day of your appointment
- Do NOT drink caffeine or energy drinks for at least 4 hours before your appointment
- Eat lean, iron-rich and protein-rich foods for 3 days before your appointment; avoid fatty foods
- Bring your state-issued photo ID and proof of address
- Please inform us of address, email, and phone number changes
- Your plasma donation will take place at PlasmaLab, 3128 Norton Avenue in Everett WA
- Parking is located in front of our building on Norton Avenue (one-way street)
Specialty Blood Draw
For donors who have been requested to participate in a specialty blood draw to support medical research
- Drink plenty of healthy fluids for a few hours before your appointment
- Avoid alcohol the day before and the day of your appointment
- Do NOT drink caffeine or energy drinks for at least 4 hours before your appointment
- Eat lean, iron-rich and protein-rich foods for 3 days before your appointment; avoid fatty foods
- Bring your state-issued photo ID and proof of address
- Please inform us of address, email, and phone number changes
- Your specialty blood draw will take place at PlasmaLab, 3128 Norton Avenue in Everett WA
- Parking is located in front of our building on Norton Avenue (one-way street)
